Purchasing through the Cocosoy Joy website automatically validates your acceptance of our Return and Refund Policy. By accessing or using any part of our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Agreement to Terms

When you complete a purchase, you expressly agree to be bound by all Cocosoy Joy Store Policies, including our Return and Refund Policy.

Your continued use of this website and any completed purchase constitute a binding agreement between you and Cocosoy Joy.

By purchasing a product from Cocosoy Joy, you automatically accept these Terms and Conditions even if you do not explicitly acknowledge them. Your purchase serves as a confirmation that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies in place at the time of the transaction.

Change-of-Mind Purchases

Due to the nature of our handmade coconut soy wax melts and print-to-order giclée prints, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please be sure of your order and check it carefully before completing your purchase.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it - this is from the date our courier partner delivered your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and the packaging they arrived in, so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Conditions for Returns:

  • You must contact us first for return instructions via the Chat Button or the Contact Form on our website. Any items returned without prior communication will not be eligible for a replacement or a refund.
  • Proof of purchase
  • The item/s must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s), unless the product is faulty or an error was made on our part.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items when a replacement is not possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the item(s) to their original payment method, including the original shipping cost paid.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund, complete the transaction, and for the refund to appear in your account.
