Shipping Costs
Our shipping cost covers packaging and delivery in New Zealand.
Non-rural Shipping Rate: $9.95
Rural Shipping Rate: $14.95
Free Shipping on orders over $100
Order Processing & Dispatch
For our coconut soy wax melts, orders placed before 11 am on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11 am will still be processed the same day, but may be dispatched the next working day.
Giclée prints are usually processed within 1–3 working days. Processing times may be slightly longer depending on the current workload of our NZ-based professional printer. If there is a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery Timeframes
For non-rural New Zealand-wide addresses, delivery is typically 1–4 business days after dispatch.
Rural delivery may take up to 4 business days longer, bringing the total to 5–8 business days.
Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partner. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather events, seasonal demand, public holidays, busy periods such as Christmas, or other unforeseen circumstances. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Please contact us immediately via the Chat Button or Contact Form on our website to correct your address.

If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change it anymore

Orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a refund or replacement. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it, but additional shipping costs will apply.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you lodge a claim with the courier.
